We ask that you please respect our products as you would your own sheets and towels and to please use our linens for their intended use only. Check your order upon arrival and if there are any discrepancies with your order, please CALL/TEXT us immediately at numbers listed below.
If you feel the need to wash any towels or bed linens during your visit, we ask that you do not mix our linens with any colors. TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL RENTED ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR. The products will be inventoried upon pickup.
Upon departure, please place all USED and UNUSED sheets and towels we provided to you back in the landry bags and leave them, and any other rented items, inside near the entrance door.
- Mattress pads stay on the beds. (Owner's Property)
- Cribs are to be left on first floor
- City Ordinance: NO grills on decks
